City Centre Management & Retail

As an interface between trade and the town we initiate and realise tangible projects for strengthening the retail structures and Rheine‘s town centre together with many different partners.

Retail
Our aim is to increase the customer and spending power loyalty, to make a name for the town centre as a lively central point in the town and to advertise the qualities of Rheine as a vibrant shopping destination. We advise business people and property owners and regularly survey comparable rents for shop spaces in the town. Comprehensive questionnaires conducted among households and in the surrounding area give us valuable indications for monitoring and controlling Rheine as a retail location. Further important components of our service are the support of business improvement districts (BIDs), the coordination of retail and centre development as well as the organization of the Rheine voucher.

Inner city development
Together with the City of Rheine we are working on positioning our town centre even better for the future. We supervise project realisation in close cooperation with companies, investors, planners and developers.
