This event has been taking place in Rheine's city hall since the year 2000. The event has developed to an immensely successful and popular place to exchange interests. Why?
The answer is simple - two interests that at first seem incompatible can in fact complement each other ideally.
On the one hand we have the recent graduate and soon to be apprentice. On the other hand the business that wants to train future employees. Both sides can easily directly communicate at the Job-Training-Fair Rheine.

The student can speak with the apprentice of the locations that interest him and can directly ask questions. This kind of contact makes it easier for students to learn more about the apprenticeship of their dreams. Students can also directly talk with the training supervisors.

HR managers can also directly contact students and discuss their plans for coming year and discuss possible internships.

Some students also use the fair as an opportunity to personally hand in job applications.
